If you need an answer to anything really fast, The Shack has provided a direct link to google in the form of a toolbar right on the front page.  The only way to get an answer faster would be to go in comments and ask Vantage.
 
 

Mercury

The Shack has two plans available for files and communication.

The first plan, a subscription plan, allows no-wait, high-speed downloads and shackmail.com email.  It is named after the planet Mercury.

The second plan, which is free, allows files on a first-come first-serve basis and communication by Shackmessage.  It is named after the planet Uranus.

So, "Choose Mercury, or pick Uranus!"
